Exchange & Return Policy

  1. Exchange or return is possible if you get the book torn.
  2. You can exchange or return if product that you have received is defective, damaged or not as described.
  3. Any item sold under any Sale/Discount or Stocking out offer cannot be exchanged or returned.

Follow the following steps for exchange:

  1. Please send us email at alhakampub@gmail.com or contact us with your order ID details and problem.
  2. We will confirm exchange request and inform you about the pickup process.
  3. Be sure that the products must be unused and in original condition, including price tags, labels, original packing and invoice.

Products are not eligible for exchange:

  1. Products that have been worn, used or washed.
  2. Any individual item of products that are sold in sets is not eligible for return or exchange.
  3. If products are not in original condition, or in the original packing.
  4. Any lingerie items cannot be exchanged or returned, except at the time of delivery.
  5. Cosmetic items are not eligible for exchange except the product quality is not good or the product is defective or damaged.

When the authority bears return delivery charge:

  1. If the size of product is not in accordance with your order.
  2. If you receive a defective or damaged product.
  3. If you are not satisfied with the product quality.
  4. If the product is in different condition from description on the website.

When the customers bear the return delivery charge:

  1. If you change your mind or cancel booking after the product has already been delivered.

Refund Policy:

Refund is possible in some cases that are:

  1. If we are unable to deliver the ordered product.
  2. If we are unable to make a replacement.
  3. If we provide you with a different product.

Time of getting refund:

  1. Refunds are fully refunded within 10-15 working after receiving the return package.

(Credit card payment return may take longer depending on Commercial Banks)

  1. If you make payment by any mobile wallets (e.g. bKash, Nagad or Rocket), your payment will be refunded to you on the same account within 7 working days.
